You can check the website Collage Videos, they sell so many and have a little clip of each to get and idea of what they are like. Post dinner snacking for me equals poor choices. It is like you have some calories left what can you sneak in before bedtime. This is a good challenge for me. Until I make good choices, I accept this challenge and will not snack after 8. Will have a decaf tea.

I use a Breville and it does a pretty good job. But the cleaning gets annoying but it is not hard..It is easier than the Jack La I Lanne..What type of blender are you using...I need a new blender and am looking for suggestions. One that will juice, also. I use the same recipe a KimoMFP.
