Maybe it's Shin Splints? Make sure you have really good shoes with good support. www.roadrunnersports.com recommends certain shoes for heavier runners. Also, start doing some "Hell-Walking" and "Toe-Walking" exercises--they will help prevent shin splints (I'm a runner and a personal trainer). You can also ice your shins…
