I find running on the treadmill is so much easlier than outside. When you are outside you don"t see the sudden inclines or declines. As well as the belt on the treadmill helps move your legs along while outside it is your own muscles that have to keep you moving. Outside is definately more of a challange but somedays that…

You do not have to eat so called "breakfast food" for breakfast. As long as you are giving your body some type of fuel that's what is most important, not to skip meals. I work for ww as well and when counting points and earning points through exercise, they recommend that you eat at least half of your points earned through exercise. Just remember to make good food choices to refuel your body. (eg. protein)
