Not me. I go to santee. 24hr is stingy. Is there a policy abt them having to let you in if youve been going to a certain one and they upgrade it?
-
Since you already bought it, you might as well try it out...

There are push ups in the first level. You can do it!! Its only one minute of push ups. Even if you can't do some of the moves, just do something similar and work your way up. On day one I thought I was going to die, and I just did day 11 and I feel so much better.

That is a really good idea. I thought about jazzing it up a bit since a serving is so low in cals, sometimes I can afford a few extra cals.
-
Ive been eating it since I saw it on Dr. Oz.. I love it! My new fav flavor is coffee - it's actually creamy like real ice cream. I also like choc peanut butter. I haven't found pumpkin spice but that sounds sooo good!

I started doing this too, and its worked great for me! Just have to fill it up in the morning and make sure its gone by the time i go to bed.

Losing water weight for a certain event would just feel nice and give you an extra confidence boost (especially for a woman in a tight new dress). Give us a break! We wanna look our best on certain occasions and drinking a little tea and lemon juice is good for you anyways.

I've been doing this for 4 days now and have not lost any weight. I wasn't really thinking it would "work" but I actually enjoy the taste of the mixture and I've been more regular(I can seriously tell a difference) since drinking it. I brew the dandelion root and I also brew a green tea bag and put them in my 64 oz jug. I…

I have the Garmin 210. It was moderately priced and is simple to use. I like that it has GPS for tracking distance and a chest strap to take heart rate into the calorie burning calculation. I also like how it looks and can wear it as a regular watch.

Since ive gotten a scale ive noticed i was underestimating other things by using measuring cups too. Id trust the scale.

Try dandelion root tea. I just learned abt it through the jillian michaels lose water weight advice but in reading about it i saw it was good for liver function. Ive breen drinking it 4 days and i feel good. I only drink one cup. They recommend more.

I usually feel most pumped and ready to hit the gym at about 6pm

This doesn't help with the steak but whenever I go I bet a baked potato(no butter) and steamed green beans. Under 400 cals and filling!

I'm a july 2012 bride wanting to lose 15 more lbs!! we can do it ladies!! START NOW!!! I started late and I could have been thinner in my engagement pics...remember its not just the wedding you'll wanna lose weight for...theres all the stuff before too!
-
try squeezing some lemon juice in it, or a little bit of some other powerful juice. Also try pomegranite green tea.

thanks for sharing! i do like that place...

Get a container big enough to hold all the water you want to drink in a day (i got a 64 oz container but i drink extra too sometimes) and make sure you finish it by the end of the day. Remind yourself to take a couple swigs every once in a while so its distributed throughout the day.

How awkward would it be if the bride/groom found this thread? lol
-
I love how people are suggesting they say it costs too much and opt out of the wedding completely. He already said he'd be in it and HIS DAUGHTER is the FLOWER GIRL! It also sounds like the friendship is important to him. They can't just say nevermind and not go. That would be incredibly rude. As others have posted, there…

roasted eggplant soup!! its really good (had it for the first time the other day at work)

I don't eat any red meat anyway and if I got too bored I would "allow" a change up in the plan, but I am in school right now and I think it would actually be beneficial for me to simplify things by eating the same things (and also cheaper at the grocery store - less waste). I just want to make sure I am getting a balanced…

I do the same thing at restaurants! it's amazing(and annoying) that they'll still put butter on steamed broccoli! I get bummed when I forget to ask them to leave something off my meal when I go out (like mayo, or when I forget to sub wheat for white)
-
I very rarely eat them. I had the first cookie in months yesterday (I usually choose other sweets if I'm willing to spare the calories). If you're willing to fit it in your limit I see no problem with it. As long as its not a cookie with like a 6 inch diameter.

MFP underestimates protein needs.
-
I never thought about making my exercise calories a certain kind of food, but now that you bring it up it kinda makes sense. I would assume protein would be best. Eat some extra chicken and black beans.
-
edit: I see you're going to take care of getting her spayed. Good work.
-
Just to add on... For the first few months of my weight loss attempt, I was using MFP and the gyms workout equipments calorie estimate (and eating some of the cals back). I recently got a heart rate monitor and realized I was only burning about 300 cals/30 min on the elliptical instead of 420(what the elliptical said). Be…

Everyone is going to tell you that you should measure inches instead of use the scale. Also, if you never used to work out before you're probably gaining muscle (which is denser than fat). One unit area of muscle weighs more than one unit area of fat. If the scale if demotivating, don't use it for a while. I would also try…

good luck!! I'm shooting for 15 more lbs by July (my wedding). 20 lbs by late march is doable if you're dedicated =) just always remind yourself of why you wanna shed the pounds!

That is the 2nd hardest move for me!! I didn't even master it before I moved to level 2! its so hard
