I've just done Natures Sunshine - Healthy Starter Pack+ and I thought it was brilliant. Anything junk food - McDonalds, KFC, Chinese but I lovvveeeee cheese - I just don't eat it hardly ever because I get too carried away!!

For me, never lol on work out days I'm always tired especially towards the end of the day......think everyone will be different but just think that if your tired after your workout then your doing something right!!

Well loving a curvy figure anyway I think you looked awesome before but jeeez you can't half tell you've lost some inches!! Keep going I can't wait to see day 30 pictures!! PS Don't worry about scales - I've lost 18lbs in 8 months but 25 inches - sometimes those scales just don't want to shift!!

Sweetie - why do you not think your fit enough? I'm 260 lbs and still go in the weight room? Being fit is a small part, if you have weight to loose then weights will help you on your journey.............. PS LIFT HEAVY, DON'T BE SCARED!!

It doesn't need to be exactly that (1lb to 1g) but in my opinion if your looking to get lean and maintain mass I would definately leave the protein and carbs as you've set them :-)

About 50 pairs currently and I love them all - my other half won't let me buy anymore until we have figured out more storage space as we renovate the house - little does he know my plans to make the study a walk in wardrobe......hehe :-) another 50 pairs!!
