Ratios of carbs, protein and fat
I have mine set at protein 40%, carbs 35% and fat 25% - how sucessful do you think I will be sticking with this? I really tried to do 30% carbs and 30% fat but was over everyday on my carbs............. Would just like to know what your experiences have been and what worked for you?

I've heard so much about not eating lots of potatoes because they are a starchy carb - I have potatoes at least 4 times a week - should I not be doing?

How many times?
I'm sure this thread has been on here a million times before but how often do you receommend to exercise? I do 3 x sessions per week with my trainer but rarely get the chance to go any other time - could this be why my weight loss is slow? Do you have to have breakfast?
I've heard so many different things about breakfast - some people say you have to eat it to start your metabolism and that it a key factor in weight loss then other people use fasting techniques and never eat breakfast? Stats
I went to the gym yesterday and had my 8th stat - am down 18lbs overall and have lost 49cm overall from my waist to my *kitten*!! V proud and starting to notice a difference now - I WILL look amazing in that wedding dress in July!!
