Gazpacho, whole wheat biscuits, fruit smoothies, coffee, salad with tofu, salad with Morningstar chicken, quinoa patties, chickpea patties, corn on the cob...the list is endless. :-)

My cleanest eating day usually consists of strawberries and banana for breakfast. For lunch: salad with tofu, nuts, tomato and avocado. And for dinner - Artichoke with whole wheat biscuits from scratch with tofu fry.

Reading oa literature,and skinny ***** combined worked for me big time. I used the principals in oa to stick with the skinny ***** meal plans.

Hi JL, I'm trying to find more motivation to work out, I was actually curious if you were able to get your workout in today. I ate a whole thing of nachos from Rubio's and it's like a thousand calorie meal and I'm really trying to find motivation to burn it off. Thanks for starting this post. Connie

So, this is the fitness buddy group...count me in!!! I'm doing wii fit right now. So far I've done the chair pose in yoga, 45 squats and 20 arm lifts on each arm with a 10 pound weight. I'm about to do some aerobic training too. :smile:
