Bump...just starting weight lifting!

I'm 6'0 (large framed) and started MFP on 10/10/2011 at 226 (already lost 10 pounds when I started MFP) and I'm 187.8 (38.2 pounds lost) as of this morning...My original goal weight was 180 but I think I can go even further. My new goal is 170-175 and I'll see what I look like and go from there! I'm so close to a normal…

1.) I'm a leftie 2.) I broke my tailbone when I was 13 falling out of a tree having a bottle rocket fight 3.) because of #2 I can't have natural childbirth 4.) I can't spell or use grammer 5.) I'm 6'0 tall and no one has ever came close to quessing my weight...I use it to my advange at carnivals and on bets!

I'm 6'0 and I'm at 196 but would like to be 180...I started on 10/10/11 at 226 and have lost 30 so far! I have a large frame and even at 23 I was 175! I'll just have to see what 180 looks like before I want to say anything lower!

I put a cup of raw spinach in my smoothie in the AM ..... Can't even tast it! 1 cup of strawberries 1 bannana 1 cup of Spinach 8oz of almond milk I'm going to start adding some flax seed this week!

I get up at 5:15am every morning and I don't take a lunch Tues, Wed and Thurs to fit in my workouts......It's my ME time!

Thanks! My husband just gave me the same advice, in fact he just went and got me a handfull of grapes and said EAT THEM NOW! so I will be raising my calories to uh1,500 from now on. (It will take me a week or so to figure out how I'm gonna eat that much!)

I'm 6 foot....I started at 226 and 5 weeks later I'm 208! I can't imagine ever being under 175-180, I'm pretty sure I would be too skinny! My goal is 185 and I'll go from there! I can't wait to post my result pictures. When I started my BMI put me in Obese and now I'm just overweight...so that's a plus!

I feel the same way...I think my stomach is shrinking and I'm always full of water to help make me feel full! Somedays I have to force myself to eat.

sometimes I pre-log if I know what I'm going to eat...makes it easier to plan for dinner if I don't have anything ready to cook.

Today is day 4 for me....the abs and arm moverments are the worst for me, but it's getting easier each time I do it!

I'm just trying everything til I find my nitch! I'm still excited about working out so I thought I would take advantage of it, I'm sure I'll slow down but I do listen to my body and if I get wornout I take it easy! Thanks for the advice :)
