  • Haha, I had the same problem. My booty was flat as a pancake. I've been lifting heavier and heavier these days doing lunges, squats, glute bridges and I'm getting my booty back while staying trim. There's hope!
  • You can sprinkle it over salad, in wraps, in smoothies or in protein shakes. I make flax seed chips in my dehydrator. I also use flaxseed oil as my salad dressing.

  • My goal is 115 by my anniversary which is March 1st. I've been stuck at 120 for quite awhile. I'm hoping to break into the teens next month. My ultimate goal is to reduce my body fat to about 16%. I want to be able to see my muscles, but I'm not sure what that will mean on the scale.

  • Set out to run 6 miles, but my IT band started acting up after my last 7 mile run. I only got 2 miles in before I had to stop and walk. So 2 miles=3.22km That's 23 miles or 37.01km so far and have 8.1 miles or 13km to go and 4 days to do it. I will do it!

  • Kale chips for sure. I make green smoothies and juices with it. I also lightly steam it and drizzle some flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar over it. My 5 year old eats it up, started when she was 3. It's super yummy and super healthy. Enjoy!
