Would definitely go to doctor. Could also be a sign of deficiency like B12, which could be a possibility since you've lost weight so rapidly.

My body shape is beautiful, just like each and every person on here! :-) That being said, I'm pear shaped. I'm half japanese and my friend told me I'm Japanese from the waist up and white from the waist down, lol. I'm usually a size smaller on top than on the bottom.

I try to plan out my snacks in advance so I know how much is okay to have, and I pack lots of fruits and veggies so I can have lots of volume for not a lot of calories. Today for my afternoon snack I packed an apple with PB2, mandarin oranges, and celery and carrot sticks. I also sip on low calorie beverages like hot or…
