jumping jacks done (yesterday of course) at 30 my calves started to seize but I powered through it :D My dog thought I was nuts... he was jumping with me... great workout for the both of us :D lol

With my HRM I did like 900 - 950 in an hour I am 5'6 and 250 so it is possible... so we are about the same I just don't' eat all my calories back just in case plus I can't possible handle eating all my exercise cal;s back... I usually eat half...

hot compresses! I get them in ear and up nose lol and on eyebrow all them fun places or on my chin and then my chin swells up twice it's size and looks like someone stuck a tennis ball in there... LOTS of hot compresses... or sit in a sauna for 20 min and let it help clear out your pores.
