Woot! I am happy the scale was friendly to me today. I have been back for another round and logging and reading the thread. I really have not done any exercise but keep most day below my goal and the day that I went over it was not much. So I hope I can keep it up and meet my October goal of 1.5 lbs a week.

Well I did not stick to the plan, mostly because my boy is going next month on a Mission and I want to do what he wants to do and we always like sushi so, left the plan behind. The good thing was I was still under my goal. boo ya! still in the game!

So the scale I got does not seem to work right, it has me 30-40 lbs less then I think I should be. it would be nice but, going to get a replacement and check at the store for my weight. boo hoo, another bump in my coming back.

Had a nice Superbowl party with family and made a chili. I did get a scale so it is off to work I go. Last couple weeks I guess was just to get back in the grove. Wish me luck as I dive back in to logging and starting a walking program.

Did not log that night at the buffet, but have been logging all other and eatting better. I find I got back into the habit of snacking and now I log it and it really eats up my calories. Loggind and trying to cut done my serving, got another scale so will try to start using that again. I now this is how it works, just have do to the work. I will get a scale and climb up on that moster again too. yuck!

I had a great holiday! Lots of family and lots of food. I did not eat as much as I could have but still ate too much. It is a step. I am back this morning and at it again. Hope to do some walking more this week and logging everything.

Crap I made Split Pea soup this week end to bring to lunch and forgot it. Now I have been debating with my self what to go get to eat. Fast Food is so bad.
