I had a great two days, I think I walk a little both days and was under my cal. limit. It is easier since I weigh so much, ha ha. I get more calories. OK, I have been logging and that alone, makes me watch what I eat. I really try to log truthfully so eating is different now. Example, there were leftover tater tots (how does that happen) and in the morning I make an egg with them. I counted the tots and did a serving so i could log, that is a good step for me. I found…

I too have been on this site for quite sometime. first year was great lost 35 lbs. The second year I gained it all back and then just lurked about for maybe another year. I really want to get back to eating better, feeling better, looking better, living better...

Thur truth, starting again, how many agains will there be? It is hard to not eat all the food you like. It is hard to not eat too much. How do I get in the right mind frame?

Glad to be back, goal is to log everything and shoot for accurate measure. The wife printed a exercise program similar to the C25K idea. Start slow and work up. This is exciting because she is usually not into this kind of thing. Wish us luck.
