I have read that it is 80% what you eat vs. 20% exercise. Meaning that your intake has much more to do with your weight loss then exercise. Tuesday - Goal, my goal is always to get back on my stationary bike which I did once last week and this morning. Seems I am always starting over. My Halloween goal is to weigh 10 lbs less. Many have a 'cheat day' and it works for them, I have cheat days that i do not plan so planning a cheat day would be crazy for me. I guess I am not that regulated yet. I suggest to log EVERYTHING and get a scale to do it right and you will see what needs to change. GL
