Sometimes I do, if its yard work(mowing,cut trees and cleaning up others trash and Ive been at it for afew hours ,only because I know I will be to tired to do any excsrise later. :)

I was wondering the same thing....I started out reading it,but it was girl meets boy,girl wants boy,boy knows this but keeps her wondering ugh!! I couldnt get into the story. Thank goodness I didnt buy the books! :))

Love this site...never stuck with weight loss before...I would lose 2 pounds an be right back were I statrted a month ago. but I keep coming back cause of the supportive peeps,advice good or bad and the incouragemnet.am I adictied ..... No just more committed. :))

This is the hardest thing Ive ever had to do (diet and excerise) Its not easy and what works for me might not work for you, I have some great support friends on this site that keep me coming back, so stay tuned LOL and if you feel you are not getting enough support from certain MFP's delete them and look for supporting…

I ran when I was younger,even did track in school I loved running but also did gymnastics for about 7yrs so my joints took a beating my knees my ankles hips and my back. So I had to stop running due to the pain would love to be able to run again. :)

Take fiber fiber fiber LOL If you dont eat the right foods....And I dont do alot of veg/fruits It may help I recommend Metamucil orange it comes in suger free also! :)

I have been told I have 2 slipped disks in Dec 2011 did 5 weeks of TP and it really helped, but I can still move a wrong way and be in pain for hrs after even days . I found that shopping at off brand stores and buying non name brands work for me its cheeper and the taste is no diif,also try and buy meats in bulk and separrate into meals and freeze. frozen vegs are better, but cost alittle more,can is cheeper but has alot of salt,so if u buy can just rinse the vegs off before you heat…

I only burn 250-300 cals a day so no I try not to. at first I was I started this in nov 2011 and I was not losing weight but the begining of jan 2012 I stopped eating my burned cals and lost 3 pounds.
