Good luck ! I've been doing this since January 12 and I'm not very strict with myself (!) but the weight is gradually going. I'm in South Wales, visited Devon a couple of weeks ago if that counts for anything..... :glasses:

Start weight 184 week 2 183 Goal 174 by 20th Sept Its slow going! 1Ib in 2 weeks, hopefully it will show on the scales next week.

OMG I'm scared I just joined this group! Really need to give myself a kick and shift some weight so here goes :) 35 mins a day is WAY MORE excercise than I currently do. Wish me luch people! My starting weight is 184 Ibs

I weight every morning! Dont tell me not too because I can't help myself :-) I dont log them all though.

thanks for the tip! My weight hasn't moved for a month now and its getting on my nerves - I'm going to change my settings IMMEDIATELY and see if that makes any difference :happy:
