There is always plenty of effort when we split. Usually splitting takes apx 2 weeks in the fall, then stacking and hauling it in each day. But did you exert any effort in doing so? Or was it effortless. If it required minimal effort, I think you shouldn't track it. [/quote]

I log on to MFP first thing in the morning and just leave it up all day. I constantly check it and rush home every day to log in my exercise. My trainer told me about this site and I've told everyone I know. I also started following MFP on Twitter and liked them on Facebook

I really like that I can find real food on here so I don't feel like I'm on a "diet". It makes me workm harder at the gym too. I've lost 6lbs in 8 days!
