If she wants to eat 1000 a day, she'll do it. No one is going to stop her >_> I don't see why everyone on this site seems to worship food, like it's the best thing ever. Eat to live, not live to eat. Not everyone wants to eat 1600 calories a day.

I only shop once every two weeks, but I usually spend about $100-$130.

I only eat my calories back if I'm really hungry. I try to drink a protein shake after working out, but usually I'm not all that hungry enough to eat them ALL back.

I love making cabbage soup :) I use a cup of purple and a cup of green cabbage. I use tomato paste, vegetable broth, and an array of veggies and herbs/spices all simmered together for about an hour. Makes a lot, low calorie, and I love it! I guess what I'm trying to say is try making a soup :p

My favorite is Chai with about a tsp of sugar, every night. I have green tea and earl grey every now and then too.

To be honest, I just eat when I'm hungry. I have a "goal" or what ever but I mostly use it when I feel like eating a little more. Just eat when your hungry. Everyone has different levels of hunger. That's just my opinion :/ I don't see why someone would force themselves to eat..

I will not do it around my fiance. I'm always by myself. I hide the packages or whatever, and I usually clean up and leave no evidence or what ever behind. A bad habit I have after bingeing is getting to full and vomiting it up (then eating again..). Luckily, I've mostly stopped the throwing up. I'm getting a little better…

My aunt stopped by eating sunflower seeds, and chewing nicorette gum. (Hey, at least it's not smoking, right? )

I wouldn't drink them all the time. I drink diet mtn dew maybe once or twice a week.. But I usually don't finish the can, because it's just on my breaks at work. I would lay off of the sodas but if you like them, just moderate your intake of them.

...This is EXACTLY HOW I'VE BEEN FEELING. It's so hard to be... "healthy". It seriously has started to overwhelm me. I just recently said **** it, and I'm eating things I like and that I think are pretty healthy, and eating when I'm hungry... I'm tired of over thinking everything. This is a good read, very relatable. :D

Mine ranges from 6AM to 10AM, usually. I have oatmeal with 1 tbsp peanut butter, a few dashes of cinnamon, and a cup of mixed fruit (great value bag, no sugar added). Stirred together and ready to nom.
