I want to loose at least 15 lbs! It sure doesnt seem like a lot, but it sure is the hardest to lose.

Yea I don't like to see numbers on my scale, I go by how my clothes fits me.

If you are doing these on your breaks, there shouldn't be an issue. I go for walks on my lunch breaks and then on my short breaks walk up and down stairs, I'm on the 6th floor so it's a great workout.

Try using wraps for sandwhiches instead of bread, very low carbs.

Chew gum, I know that helps me when I get my cravings and I dont want to eat anything unhealthy.

Since I have 2 small kids, I can't throw anything out, the only thing I've given up well not completely gave it up, I limit my sugars. I'll have a small snack size snickers or small size twix to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Welcome, the weekends are hard for me as well. It is so easy to get off track, but knowing you want to be fit the only way that will change is to stick with the workouts and eating right! You can add me if you like :smile:

I have 100 calorie popcorn, wheat thins and ritz crackers. I will sometimes will bring in cheese to go with my crackers.

I'm a coffee drinker as well, I havent had an issues with any flavored creamers, I've tried milk and did not like that. As long as your not adding sugar with the cream, you should be fine.

I'm 5ft and 129lbs, this time last year i was at 116, so trying to loose at least 10 lbs, doesnt sound a lot but it seems to be hard. You can add me. :smile:

I weigh myself every Saturday mornings, some times i will loose weight & other times I don't, when I don't lose anything I also not gaining. Hang in there!

Yes, I do. It's hard to do any real exercise because of cramping. I just stick to eating right and light exercise.

I do the generic of P90X, its superme 90 & it is awesome! But I think I might have to check out this insanity workout, sounds like fun.

I don't go to the gym, I use dumbells they are pretty cheap at the stores. Do some push ups, even using household things would work, like gallon of water, can of soups.

Hi I'm Blanche, I work in HR and sit almost all day, now that it is getting warmer out I'll go for a short walk during my lunch & then try to walk around at least every hour to stretch my legs.

I've gained 2 lbs but I've using weights my husband says its I'm building muscule mass. So that could be the same issue your having too.

I had 2 hard boil eggs and coffee, keeps me full until close to lunch. :happy:

Same issue, belly fat is really hard to lose. I've been doing at least 30 sit ups before bed and 3 months later seeing I'm noticing a difference, plus still eat right and workout. Good luck!
