My fitness pal is the greatest app that I have its helped me to lose 10 pounds so far my goal is to lose another 40 pounds and with my fitbirt and MFP I am determined to make this a lifestyle change and not a fad diet.

I too weigh everyday at the same time, I want to know that I'm on the right track, if I gain then there is something that I'm not doing right and I take a look at my previous eating diary. I feel so good even if I'm down one ounce that's better than gaining.

I agree if you go out to eat the burger with cheese and fries and a drink that is totally blowing your daily calorie goal.
