I agree about seeing the doctor and getting his opinion on the matter. I don't know why I didn't think of that. Anyway, I really appreciate all the feedback.

I'm exactly 6 ft and I forgot to add that my goal is to try to tone up. I do 50 crunches every night, and have done this for about 3 months now and am just noticing a small difference.
