i always get more gerd/heartburn when i first start reducing the amount i eat. this does seem short-term, though, as long-term it does improve.

i was told the blood vessels in my cheeks are closer to the surface of my skin....for whatever that's worth, i'm still in your boat!

i used whole fruits and veggies. steamed or boiled until very soft. blend or strain and then freeze in ice cube trays for individual servings. at dinner, i would put breakfast into the fridge to defrost. at breakfast, i took out lunch, etc. you can find lots of books online for cooking methods/food blends.

it was a good 4" bunny from easter, stashed in the bottom of my desk drawer for emergencies. solid, not hollow. but unfortunately not very good quality (i WISH it was lindt).
