Well I am slowly starting to hate the scale. Just when I think I am down a couple of pounds BAM they come right back. And I think that exact reason I hate weight loss!!

Looking at my goals and actually seeing the number "100" when it comes to lbs that need to go is terrifying to me. I just started this week and I am down 2 lbs so far. It doesn't seem like a lot but seeing 100 go to 98 gives me hope!

No kids yet and probably not in the future either. Until recently we ate out ALOT. I am trying to do the cooking now with some healthier foods to benefit both of us.

Same boat indeed. My fiance is over weight as well he just isn't as concerned about it as I am lol.

i like to believe that is the case. But I don't think that happens very often. The people who cheat like the thrill of it. They will most likely always do it. Kudos for you and your dad for not being that way. But like i said before, very rare that someone only cheats once.

mgd 64 is what i switched too. The taste is lacking comparatively, but you will get used to it. I myself love beer, and especially trying new locally brewed beers and the calories I consume are frightening lol. Just have to stick to it and portion control it. im in! my name is Samantha, i want to be in the 130's by the end of may, i want to maintain my 1100-1200 cal/day, and work out at least 4 days a week. Just need to motivation i think this will help!
