I used the Couch to 5k to train for a 5k that was in October. It worked really well!! I plan on using it again when I start running again (right now I am doing Turbo Fire!)

You should use weights. It really helps to burn calories. You can purchase inexpensive ones at Target or Walmart. Good luck!!

If you are the person that is cooking the meals then why don't you just say "eat this or fend for yourself"? Don't allow yourself to make excuses! You can do this!!!
