So I haven't done the shred for the past two days. Friday I was gone for my mom's 60th birthday party and wasn't home all day. Then this morning I wanted to try my new Biggest Loser game for the Kinect. I feel really behind, but at least I did something this morning. Back to the shred tomorrow!

D4L1 done! I was so close to not doing it this morning. Today is my mom's 60th birthday and I have a ton of stuff to do includin an hour drive, so I was thinking "skipping one day won't matter". HeatherShrinking- it annoys me SO much! And on my player I can't even skip the previews for the other BL DVDs. So now I put it in and then go get dressed and get my water just so I don't have to listen to it.

So proud of myslf! Yesterday I woke up late so I didn't have time to do L1D2 before work. But I got out of work a little early, did D2, AND went to Zumba! Just finished day 1! I practically have it memorized because all the times I've started and stopped the Shred, I've never gotten past level 1. Doesn't make it any easier though!

I'm a 34H, and would highly recommend Bravissimo (bravissimo.com). A little pricier than just going to walmart, but totally worth it for bras that actually fit and shape well. Just ordered another sports bra from there, and I can not wait for it to get here!

Glad I saw this thread! I have done the Shred before, but never for the whole 30 days. Excited to start tomorrow. Also curious about rest days as some have said. And is everyone planning on increasing from level 1 to level 2 after 10 days?
