My rest day is Sunday too. I usually walk the dog for 45 min on Sunday, but I don't go to the gym. I'm thinking of changing it to another day, but probably won't because it's a routine now. I'm afraid to break the routine.

a short time? How short of a time? How long does it take to lose 74 pounds? I've been eating between 1600 and 1700 a day and exercising a little over an hour a day. I had a bad Sunday. I got ahold of the pretzels and ate and ate and ate pretzels until I got full. :devil: I'm in! :smile: I say 2 lbs a week by St Patty's ... that's 8 pounds.

My weigh in day is Saturday for MFP because that is the day I started. I work out at the YMCA and my weigh in day there is Tuesday. On Saturday, I weigh in the morning, and on Tuesday it's in the evening. I dislike weighing in the evening :grumble:

Hi :flowerforyou: I mixed it up. I hit a plateau for 20 days. So, I ate some more calories by having a couple desserts. My official weigh in is on Saturdays. Today, the scale says I dropped 5 more! Yay! It must've worked. Now back to our regularly scheduled program....
