Hello, I'm a 24 year old full time college student and pretty close to full time worker. Would love to make friends on here to get motivated to work out more. I've dropped down from weighing 250 to 165 lbs so I'm looking to tone up while I continue to lose.

I have the lap band so my main priority is getting my daily protein. Recently my mom has started making low carb everything...which taste pretty good but I never seem to have the time to be that motivated. Or I don't know what to make.

I've only had to have fluid taken out once, a few months after my surgery. We believe some food got caught and I was having a hard time breathing. However, I felt like the fills after that made all the difference. Seeing as how you are close to your goal and the problems you've described, perhaps getting .5 cc removed…

Personally, I feel like people are noticing me more. Haha...not that it is always positive but it has given me confidence to be more assertive than I was.
