Mine is hidden for now. I find that with it hidden, I log EVERYTHING I eat and enjoy logging. When I have it open, I tend to not log on my "bad days" because it gives me anxiety which leads to not logging everyday. A woman I go to the gym with was doing Yoga and Kickboxing up until the week she had the baby. She wore a heartrate monitor and stayed within the limits the doctor set for her. She was amazing.

Who had the kids last weekend for the FIRST weekend of October? I classify my weekends as Saturday and Sunday, therefore, the 1st weekend of October would have been the 1st and the 2nd. Super appreciative of the fact that my parents didn't do the "switch" schedule and that my mom just had us. This stuff is confusing.

While I havent tried the DVDS I do own Zumba for the WII. I have heard that the DVDs are boring and not true to the class atmosphere. I get a great workout for it on my WII and find it to be equal to the classes that I also attend on a regular basis.
