Thanks everyone for reacting. Reporting for day 7 (and the first week): - drinking better (if i count my tea) - calories just in the green - did yoga (more then in october) - went to bed early just as planned and catched up on some sleep. So not to shabby, i can do better but a good start of the new week. Good luck…

Okay checking for day 5 and 6 (forgot it yesterday). Had 2 bad days. Day 5: seeing up against dinner with the inlaws and i went for the worst solutions. Fat lunch and then attacked the bag of m&m's from my to skinny boyfriend. After that went out to eat and because i was annoyed i ate and drank way more then i should have.…

Nice to see, that for the most part everybody is doing well. For me day 4, again not enough drinking. Stayed in the green, so thats okay. Going to bed soon, so the sleeping should go well and no snacking that's good. Last night i slept really bad, but i guess that was just processing the busy week. Tomorrow we're eating…

So, i tried to log in yesterday but something went wrong. After 3 times a gave up, but probably it was two lpng days in a row that just killed me. Stayed on track yesterday, drank enough water (counted the tea) and my total amount cal was okay. But today, pff. Ate to much (chips, sweets you name it). And i didn't even…

Okay, going to try it: 1. Drink 1.5 liter of water and two cups of tea 2. Get enough sleep during the week. 3. No snacking past half 9 in the evening. Good habit: do yoga for 3 times in the week. Free day: sunday. Hopefully this will make me work a little bit harder.
