  • I don't even know who you are... you won't let me see you.
  • Wow! You are looking fantastic!
  • Yes please! I've been working on the prep schedule and had a few weeks off sick (it's winter here) and I am about to go on holidays so I should be keen to get going by August :)
  • Congratulations to everyone. This is very inspiring.
  • I've just about done the prep schedule. It was good for me because I had to change the time I worked out to early morning, and because you are usually just doing one routine at a time (shorter sessions) I could ease into getting up at that time - as well as learn the routines etc. That way when I start the full program I…
  • Just did 55EZ this morning and she says 'That is High Interval Intensity'. Not sure if she meant to say 'High Intensity Intervals' or just 'High Intensity'. Also, sometimes when I'm doing a class and it's moving so fast I feel like I can't get all the moves in I notice Chalene doesn't seem to either. Especially noticeable…

  • Congratulations! I've been following your comments. Does that mean you hit your goal?
  • I'm on the first week of the Prep Schedule. Just did the Tone 30. From other comments in this group I was worried I wouldn't like it but I did. I guess I'll see how I feel when I've done it for weeks on end.
  • Great progress! Well done :) The photos show you are shrinking beautifully...
  • @bittercpht. That's very encouraging. Once I'm exercising regularly and tracking food then I'll start tweaking my diet further. One step at a time! @Ruby. Thanks! I hope we can encourage one another and provide a bit of accountability. Let me know how you find your first few days.
  • @pinkmm86, thanks for the info! I feel that is the best approach for me too. I know that in the past if I set a meal plan that was completely foreign to me I didn't stick with it for long and the exercise was the next thing to go. My first aim will be to exercise regularly and cut-out the bingeing and then I'll set my…
  • I just ordered TurboFire too (but in Australia so it may take a while to get here). These comments are really helpful. I'm trying to not to be too worried about getting it all right first up. Is anyone following the nutrition plan? Or is just tracking calories in on MFP effective enough? Not sure how I'd go with a super…
  • Thanks Sarah, I just got some of those 'shape-up' shoes but will keep in mind for my next purchase. And Megs, I think it's great you are still getting on the site and logging stuff in (even though you feel disappointed). That's half the battle! I hope I can still be doing that in 10 weeks time. I understand how you feel…
  • Well, it can't actually speed up your personal music. They have about 20 tracks which they use which sound OK at any pace. I haven't used it outside of a treadmill so not sure how it works outdoors, but it would probably assume you walked to the beat because it doesn't seem to have GPS tracking. I should give it a try…
  • I'm fighting similar battles too! I don't even know why I do it half the time. It's like a real exciting treat to have 'whatever I want and however much I want'. I think I also love the feeling of not wanting any more food (ie. stuffed!). I think I get a control kick out of it because I finally choose not to eat. I…
  • I also have the Wii. I use Wii Fit Plus. I think it's a very individual decision. I would recommend it as a fun addition to your exercise regimen. A friend who did not have much weight to lose dropped 10 kgs by using Wii Fit Plus. I have also heard good reports on Active and My Fitness Coach for a 'proper' workout. If you…
