when i wake up, sometime mid-day, before my shower, before bed... lol pretty much whenever i'm in my bathroom i'll hop on. i don't log every weigh in, but i check multiple times a day anyway... always have done that, works for me *shrug* :)

similar results here. i've lost 15lbs and i'm still a 16. over the past few years i've gone from 180-220 and STAYED a size 16. 18 was too lose, 14 too tight. so the 10 pound a size does not ring true for me whatsoever.

I try to get my 30 day shred or pilates in during the afternoon, and get to the gym for cardio and some strength when my husband finally gets off of work.

Well I have been working out later at night some days. I do the 30 day shred in the afternoon at home, but still try to get some more cardio in at the gym 5 days a week. Sometimes I cant get to the gym until around 6 or 7pm, and I will be there for an hour and a half... so what am I to do with my work out calories when…

Thanks for the responses! I do believe its a trial and error type of thing. I have tried eating into my calories burned, and thats when I got stuck and even gained.. I didn't eat back my workout calories the past few days, and I'm back to my last weigh in weight.. I'm just so confused what my body wants!

i'm on level 1 day 3, i'm taking weekends off, so tomorrow will be day 4! my knees aren't enjoying the impact of some of the cardio moves, or the lunges! but i'm trying! i'm excited to start level 2 finally! i can NOT do a push up to save my life though lol!

i use the bike at the gym and its the best way i can get a full hour in. my knees don't like much impact, so its PERFECT! its such a great workout, i feel so accomplished at each little milestone and "halfway" point. the bikes at my gym only go to 62 minutes though, but i love it!

i'm having this same problem. i started earlier this month, and i got down about 8 lbs two weeks in, and now its paused completely. i roam back and forth the same two lbs no matter what i do! i've tried upping my exercise, taking days off, tweaking my diet... i just don't understand what happened and how to restart my loss!

for my first small goal (i told myself 10lbs, but as i get closer i might push it to 15 or 20lbs to reward myself), i'm treating myself with a nice pedicure :)
