I don't think this is weird at all. I knew our bun was a boy from the moment I knew we were pregnant. I just felt so strongly that it was a boy. I only had dreams about him being a boy and I always talked about him as a he. It was confirmed on the anatomy scan, boy.

I think, none will help out at all. It's all genetics and how quickly you gain the weight.

Feel free to add me, I'm 21 weeks today, FTM and down 4.5kg from conception, without morning sickness, hooray! I'm still a bit heavier than average, 91.3kg.

Cabbage soup is nahm, Especially with lamb, A couple more vegetables, Will make it acceptable, There's just one mishap, Let me tell you ASAP.... If you only eat cabbage soup you won't have lasting results!

I won't be a parent until April next year and it will be another two years before our child goes to daycare but...when I worked in daycare we would serve fruits, oranges, pears & bananas, whole grain crackers with cheese and on occasion we'd have halved raisin buns. Snacks were always served with water. Lunches were…

I'm 19 weeks today with our first and only, a little boy. =)

I finally finished my cross stitch project of our last name to hang over the inside of the baby's nursery door. I'm so glad I got it done before the anatomy scan on Thursday. I'm going to need these 22 weeks, hopefully, to complete the baby's coming home outfit.…

17 weeks today! Exactly one week until our anatomy scan and finding out the sex of the baby. Has anyone else already found out? When is your appt to see if you haven't had one yet? My husband and I are over the moon about it. We've already picked out our names. Has anyone else decided on names yet?

You can add me too! I'm 5'2 and started at 316lbs, I'm now 197. =)

I haven't added in any extra calories. I talked to my doctor about it and we decided that it was fine for me to eat between -25%, 1628 and my TDEE 2176 and the baby and I would be fine. I like to aim for my sweet spot but have been more hungry lately so it's been more like 1700-1750. I'm counting myself lucky that 16 weeks…

Me too, 16 weeks today, due April 10th.

I also use kilograms. Those numbers after the decimal point can be the difference in 1 pound a month or 3 pound loss.

I don't have any slipped discs *knock on wood* and I haven't had my baby yet but I have degenerative disc disease. I'm also 16 weeks pregnant today and it may just be because I'm still early along but I haven't had an increase in pain. I'm doing a lot of walking and making sure to keep exercising. I'm also continuing to…

I'm 28, 5'2 and currently 197 down from 316. My current goal right now is to make it to 180. Ultimately I think I would like 140. As a previous poster mentioned though, I won't sacrifice any muscle mass just for a number.

My husband and I had been trying for almost 4 years, I had already lost 105lbs (weight loss alone wouldn't have helped me in the end, immature eggs not able to be fertilized) and my OBGYN told me that the BMI cut off was 36 for IVF, I think I was 38 when he said that. I did however meet the criteria to begin taking Clomid…

I love my lungs. I've never been able to do any amount of sustained cardio but thanks to my husband and his efforts to teach me how to properly breathe, I can hike up a 4km, 6% incline at a steady pace without stopping.

We're going to buy the babies crib and nursing chair tomorrow but today in the shopping center I found the most adorable nursery item in the world. I was too short to see the price tag on it but my husband has already agreed if it's not more than $325 then we can get it. I can't stand the cuteness of it! Anyone else found…

I had to quit smoking first and then work on weight loss. It took me 10 months to quit. I wasn't able to use patches or an inhaler, the low dose of nicotine just made me want to chain smoke so I bounced back and forth until I just got fed up and went cold turkey. I've been a non-smoker since December 11th 2010! I put on a…

Oh no, I am so glad that everything is okay!

I'm in Norway. =)

All my weight loss until July of this year, 105lbs, was from food changes and that helped me down from a 24/26 to a 14/16.

I still track everything, weight, calories, exercise. I've gotten approval from my doctor to continue to eat at a deficit. I'm 5'2 and my goal weight for delivery is 180lbs, I'm currently 197, down from 211 the date I found out I was pregnant.

The same thing happens with pizza and that has tomatoes on it... I think you're on to something here! I wish I had known all this before, now I have to wear glasses to pay for my folly.

Oh God, I've been poisoning my body for so many years! *death ensues*

I like Runtastic but I've never heard of Runkeeper. I like it because it takes my weight and pace into consideration for calorie burns.

I love this calculator: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/

That is a great and humorous way to stay motivated! =)

My name is not Templeton and I am not a rat or mouse, therefore I will continue to drink Coca Cola Light when I please.

I lost 105lbs from 316 to 211 to try and get pregnant and it didn't help a single bit. My OBGYN told me that while my weight loss was amazing and great that no amount of it would have helped me, not even if I had got to my goal weight of 136. My eggs weren't maturing properly so they couldn't be fertilized. Having lost the…
