SW: 316lbs CW: 162lbs GW: 115llbs and then minus all the loose skin. My doctor says I have at the very least 20lbs of loose skin on me. I should have been kinder to my body in my youth. I'm just glad I've learned to be so in adulthood. HT: 5'2

I take breaks at maintenance too. I think when you have a lot of weight to lose that it really helps you keep the stamina that you need. I've lost ~160lbs in the past three years and still have ~20lbs to go. I think it's good practice for when you get to your goal weight.

I don't think there is such a thing as a set weight. I maintained at 250lbs for a long period of my life without calorie counting or extra exercise. I just got mine out yesterday, literally less than 24 hours ago and I have been eating like normal. My dentist just told me not to chew on that side. It's just an at home treadmill 5k. Unfortunately the area I live in doesn't have those sort of runs. I'm still going to keep track of my times and work on getting faster. I'm doing this now and it's addictive! I'm starting W6D1 today. I've noticed in a lot of threads about C25K that people say they do a day each day and that's why they get so burned out but the program is designed to span 9 weeks. One day of running, one day of rest, one day of running, etc. I'd love to have some more pals…
