  • Totally forgot about this weigh-in because I had just weighed on the first, hopefully I'll remember on the 11th.

  • I started at 316, down to 162 this morning. Feel free to add me if you like!
  • SW: 316lbs CW: 162lbs GW: 115llbs and then minus all the loose skin. My doctor says I have at the very least 20lbs of loose skin on me. I should have been kinder to my body in my youth. I'm just glad I've learned to be so in adulthood. HT: 5'2
  • I love this Freia 86% that we have here. After being sick for three nights in a row it actually calmed my tummy, thank goodness for chocolate!
  • OMG we are like twins! My HW was 316 and now I'm bouncing around at 164-157 as my body gets back into the keto swing of things. Congratulations so so much, wonderful work!
  • I'm 5'2 and started out at 316lbs with 211lbs that I wanted gone. I'm down to 159.2 as of this morning so I still have around 54lbs to go. Feel free to add me if you like.
  • I'm currently on week 2 of keto and loving it so far, I keep to 20 carbs or less. Feel free to add me, anyone! =)

  • I take breaks at maintenance too. I think when you have a lot of weight to lose that it really helps you keep the stamina that you need. I've lost ~160lbs in the past three years and still have ~20lbs to go. I think it's good practice for when you get to your goal weight.
  • I don't think there is such a thing as a set weight. I maintained at 250lbs for a long period of my life without calorie counting or extra exercise. I also maintained at about 180lbs for approximately 8-9 months after my son was born with minimal food logging. Now I'm just about 155lbs and the days where I just eat when I…

  • Mine is in the fridge, waiting. A chocolate orange.
  • Today I weighed in at 163lbs even, which finally puts me into the overweight category, what a great way to start this challenge! Looking forward to being 153lbs by the end of the month. April 1st: 163lbs April 8th: April 15th: April 22nd: April 29th: May 1st: Total Weight Lost:
  • Me me me!!!!! I want to drop 10lbs in April.
  • The day I found out I was pregnant I weighed 209lbs. I'm 5'2. I talked with my OB and asked to see a nutritionist/dietician. I was able to eat at a small deficit in the first trimester, maintenance in the 2nd and then some added, 150kcal in the 3rd. I made it right into "onederland" while pregnant and then obviously…
  • I just got mine out yesterday, literally less than 24 hours ago and I have been eating like normal. My dentist just told me not to chew on that side. I didn't even get any heavy duty pain relief, just Tylenol. I kept the tooth though, thinking of selling on Ebay to recoup some of the extraction costs. Good luck! Edit: Oh…

  • 10 month old son here and finally on enough of a "routine" that I can get back on track. Feel free to add me!
  • It's just an at home treadmill 5k. Unfortunately the area I live in doesn't have those sort of runs. I'm still going to keep track of my times and work on getting faster. I plan to start Convict Conditioning once I finish the C25K, incorporating running on my cardio days. I'm pretty excited! Accomplishing those long runs…

  • I'm doing this now and it's addictive! I'm starting W6D1 today. I've noticed in a lot of threads about C25K that people say they do a day each day and that's why they get so burned out but the program is designed to span 9 weeks. One day of running, one day of rest, one day of running, etc. I'd love to have some more pals…

  • I love the pancake syrup, super tasty. I haven't tried any of the other products.
  • Finishing up week 4 today, down 6lbs so far.
  • I'm glad you checked my profile and I hope you're good enough with maths to see that I weigh a whopping 22lbs more than you. I guess that's enough that you can chalk up all my opinions to my super sensitive fat feelings! Edited: Because I'm not really sorry.
