I have lost a ton too...and have saggy skin. I had a breast reduction at the beginning of November and am having a tummy tuck in July. I would have to have surgery on my whole body to get rid of all of it...hahaha...I will just be happy with these 2 surgeries...they were the areas that bothered me the most anyways!

I am starting again as well! I obviously can't do it without the structure and support of this site! :) We are one big happy family struggling with the same issues I guess! haha

* 1 (16 ounce) container low-fat plain yogurt * 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated * 1 clove garlic, minced * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint * 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice * salt and pepper to taste I use greek nonfat yogurt for this. So yummy!

I had lapband surgery last Feb...I need a fill right now...scheduled for the 19th. I am going crazy because I can eat too much right now. This site however is very helpful for keeping track!!

I have been so good all week...had lost 6 pounds. I had horrible snack cravings last night and ending up eating theater style microwave popcorn and some crackers....GRRRR! I woke up this morning a pound heavier...so now I am only at 5. I am going to strive for no snacking at night!!! Holly

you're way is obviously the best and most healthy way. I have tried tons of crash diets myself...and they are quick...and really motivating! I have lost 100 pounds twice...and here I am again...so they don't work! hahaha Hopefully she will come around and see that there are other ways to achieve the same goal!
