this website gave you a diet with only 900 calories?? Wow. I would hate that...lol. Sorry. Mine seems perfect at 1200...plus exercise calories that I get to add. Good luck to you!! This is a great site with very supportive people!

There are 180 calories in the ****'s BBQ Turkey, 6 oz.. There are 396 calories in the ****'s BBQ Chicken, 6 oz.. There are 540 calories in the ****'s BBQ Sausage, 6 oz.. I know this is from a different restaurant...but just so you have an idea! I was amazed at the difference between chicken and turkey!!!

you need to eat more...add in your exercise calories. :)

even though it doesn't seem to make sense...eat your calories...I always do so much better and lose so much faster when I do that!

I don't have IBS...but my stomach goes crazy everytime I get back on track again...it should calm down soon I would think though. :ohwell:

try taking your own pulse when it reads that high...even if you just count your heartbeats for 15 seconds and multiply by 4...then you will know if the hrm is even accurate.

make sure you are eating the right foods! Foods that have more protein keep you fuller for longer I think. Tofu...meat....greek yogurt (fat free) etc.

bad news...that way of dieting NEVER works in the long run...not only does it harm your body...it harms your attitude. Eat your calories...exercise and live life!:noway:

glad to hear you are on your way to your weight loss goal! You can do it! I have mainly just walked for my exercise...although many things count...even vacuuming!! Look through the exercise list and find things that spark your interest at that moment. :smile:
