    Count me in too. It's one of my goals to look good in a bikini, right now, only at some angles, lol.
    Currently weigh: 159! I'll weigh again tomorrow though.

    I want to join too!! By July 19th, I would like to be at 133!! That is about 15 pounds to lose! I know I can do this with support so count me in! please! I am also doing nutrisystem and excercising regularly but I need this group for support because I am a binge eater....and it has gotten out of hand recently! Thanks for starting this group i desperately need the motivation!

    STARTING WEIGHT(MON): 150lbs (from all the university "get togethers" added quite a few pounds considering in the beginning of the school year i weighed 125lbs)

    FIRST WEIGH IN: 144 lbs (-6lbs)

    GOAL WEIGHT FOR THE 10 WEEK CHALLENGE: 125lbs (i know it is possibe but im shooting for 115lbs, even though i have never been under 125lbs before and i use to workout for full days)

    EVERYONE PLEASE DO THE SAME AS WHAT I DID ABOVE IM INTERESTED TO SEE HOW EVERYONES WEEK WENT! I AM GOING TO ADD MEASUREMENTS FOR THE NEXT WEEK WEIGH IN (I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER MEASURING TAPE, MINE HAS GONE MISSING)

    Weigh in: 143lbs still....just started back on mfp on Wednesday! So, hopefully next week I will be down a pound!! :)
    Good luck everyone..don't have a measuring tape so I can't measure.

    STARTING WEIGHT (MON) - 136.6lbs

    FIRST WEIGH IN - 135.8lbs (-0.8lbs) its getting slower now i am closer to my goal.

    GOAL WEIGHT FOR 10 WEEK CHALLENGE - 125lbs (my first goal weight is 130lbs if i get under that i will be so happy but want to push for a greater challenge so 125lbs it is.)

    Goals: Reach goal weight of 135, lose some inches, get up to 12 miles on long runs

    I'm starting Insanity today! Might not see a loss next week, I think my body will go into shock LOL I will not be doing it every day as I am training for a half marathon

    GOAL WEIGHT FOR 10 WEEK CHALLENGE - 170 lbs

    It's been kinda slow losing this week since I started the 30 Day Shred and my body seems to be holding water or my muscles are adjusting to the new workout. I'm hoping I see my weight start to go down again in the next few days. I've heard the 30 Day Shred is supposed to be great for losing pounds and inches. I do my measurements around the 18th of each month, so I'll post them next Friday.

    Here is my weigh in and measurments for today 05/14/10: 165.6 lbs, waist 35, hips 41 1/2, upper arm 11 in. and thigh 22 in. I started in Jan.2010 on MFP weighing in @ 181 lbs. My goal weight is 125 - 130 lbs. My goal for this challenge is to weigh in @ 145; that would be a 20 lb weight loss and of course lots of inches off of my BODY!!!! Good Luck to everyone!!!!! I hope everyone has a pleasant weekend and a great weight loss next week!!!!!! I would like to hear what everyone is doing as far as their "work out" plan. I'm always open for ideas...........especially in the weight lifting dept. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week; I take to different weight classes and a couple of yoga classes. If i'm not taking a class then I get on the treadmill and the stairmaster!!!!!

    It's been a good week; lost 4.4 lbs - woohoo!!! I lost 36 lbs between May - Aug 2009 and gained it all back over winter. :explode:
    I know I can do this again; it should be a bit easier this time since I know what works for me and what doesn't.

    Ok, I'm ready! Today's weight 142lb. Goal; 135lb
    I walked about 45 minutes today and planing to
    start with a run tomorrow. I keep my calorie to 750
    a day. It's easy since I barely eat meat anymore.

    How did everyone manage through the weekend? I hope it went well. This weekend coming is a long weekend in canada, so I could probably not eat and still go over my calories in beer. Ill have to work extra hard throughout the week.
