It depends on where you live etc, you have a treadmill which is a good start, or going to the local ymca, gym whatever is around you. The main thing to losing weight in winter time is to stay active and fight the urge to stay in bed instead take on the day and own it!

Yes it works! week 5 of T25 Alpha right here! I do shakeology for lunch because it's quick and easy after the workout..... :smile:

I would start with something like T25 then move up to Insanity, i did Insanity along with running and hockey, lost 24lbs but I 'm at a different fitness level, so I'm doing T25, hockey and running now then back to Insanity etc.

I did Insanity and now starting T25, I notice some move are from Insanity and there are new ones but it's only 25 mins a day! So it will get better! stick with it your body will thank you as you used this as a stepping stone for other fitness such as Insanity or P90X My wife is in the same boat, she tried Insanity and…
