Well, I have had this account for a little while but never really posted in any of the forums, so here goes--
My name is Lydia, and I am 19 years old. I am currently 5'5" and about 140 lbs. My goal weight is around 115-120, but since I was always a pudgy kid, I haven't seen that on the scale since probably 5th grade. Winter is a hard time to lose any weight, but I hope that I can reverse the direction it is currently seeming to go soon! Does anyone have tips on weight loss in winter? We do have a treadmill in my house, which I am thankful for.

It depends on where you live etc, you have a treadmill which is a good start, or going to the local ymca, gym whatever is around you.
The main thing to losing weight in winter time is to stay active and fight the urge to stay in bed instead take on the day and own it!0 -
Hey Lydia...
My suggestion to you for losing weight in Winter is to either join a gym or try Home Fitness Programs. Personally I hate the gym (I like workout out without people around) so for most of my life I have always worked out at home. The last year I have done Insanity (an amazing program), Ficus T25, and Les Mills Combat. All great choices.
I'd love to help you stay motivated. I think we all need a push sometimes cause let's face it, Winter can be very cold and dreary, some days you just want to sit on the couch in your PJ's and watch TV! But with workout buddies to keep each other on track, it's so much better! What is your favorite type of workout?0
