You know that's exactly what my tummy looks like and I sometimes feel like it will never shrink. Thanks for the encouragement (cw233) its great to know it can shrink in the near future!

Yes! It will go away. I remember when i was pregnant and breastfeeding (all 3 times) I had to carry snacks around with me BC when i was hungry...I was hungry. But that have to eat need/craving went away soon after the babies were weaned. Good luck.

Hey, we are already friends, but just to let you know, I'm in my 30s with 3 kids under 5 (2 of them under 3) and 80-100 lbs to lose.

All of the previous reasons (not missing family events, ect) but also b/c my husband and I 'trade' off the kids ... he works days and I work nights. I'll probably still stay nights when they are older b/c I don't have to miss anything (except sleep, which I'm missing now) during the day.

When I work graveyards I honestly log food where there are calories. Like I worked last night, yesterday ended somewhere around 1800 Cal and today I'm struggling to get over 900 even though I technacilly ate some of yesterdays today. I changed my food diary to reflect my input (ie times instead of breakfast, lunch, ect)…

CNA at a hospital on a busy Inpatient Medical floor. 7pm to 7:30am. I usually don't get to sleep when I get home BC I have my kids while my husband is at work, I just cut down to 2 shifts a week because it was getting to rough.

I definatly see a difference! Thanks for sharing! I also had large babies and thats what my tummy looks like, I can't wait to take my 30 day pics now and see if there is a differnce (I was sure there wouldn't be... but maybe) :)

It says to move up levels when your ready. I think 10 of each is a guideline, and if your completing the program in 30 days you probably shouldn't do more than 10 days a level to achieve desired results. I only did 8 days of Level 1 b/c it was getting to boring and I am LOVING Level 2!

I kinda think your body is in starvation mode cause your skipping breakfast, working out super intense and eating low Cal. I suggest to eat breakfast. :-)

3&4 were hard days for me. I saw some awesome result pics yesterday and kicked L1D5's butt this am (well most of it) also really brought it for Zumba this afternoon. Can't wait for bedtime and day 6 tomorrow :-)
