This. I bought my first one late last year and had to buy more in Jan. I only bought one originally because I was skeptical because they usually don't work or I end up with a headache. These are amazing and they come in a lot of cute designs and widths. I recommend to everyone!!

Yes it is very much like the Lottery Story (kinda). I loved the trilogy and can NOT wait for the movies. I hope they do the book justice. I know it sounds awful but it's actually a very good read. I couldn't put them down.

Never thought I would enjoy running outside over the treadmill (which I now call dreadmill). I never thought I would be able to run a full 10K with only walking about .5 miles total. Lastly, that I would be running half marathons. I did my first on Jan 29, 2012 and have my next scheduled for April 1, 2012.

I totally see that too

Yay you! I started at the same size as you and hope to end at your new size. Thanks for being such an inspiration.

amazing! you're adorable. Enjoy bikini season!!

Yes, definitely get outside. It is completely different. Remember to pace yourself, start off a little slower than what you usually run the 3 miles unless you are usually still full of energy when done. If you start slower and then feel great toward the end of the run give it more. You don't have to do a full 6.2 miles…

check out http://www.cordianet.com/calculator.htm someone posted this on a board earlier. It confirmed some things for me. The 1240 calories a day is too low for me and that I must eat back as many exercise calories as possible. As a side note don't just focus on the day to day but also as a week at a time. I may not eat…

My hubby likes it on the rare occassion I wear it. I'm making the first move and it takes the question out of if I'm in the mood or not. LOL

I'm of the thought that if you deprive yourself you will binge later. I'm glad you ate a little. Now I want a cupcake...Thanks

They may not have noticed yet or may be hesitant to say something. Weight talk makes people uncomfortable. I had a conversation at work a couple of weeks ago where several men stated they would never say anything about women when they've lost weight or changed something. They're afraid it would offend them. Like "what was…

I would like a night out with my husband and great conversation that doesn't revolve around work or our son. I'd be willing to wait until Friday so time isn't an issue.

I eat them if I need them. That is if I am hungry. I often don't eat all of them but I do "use" them on days I don't exercise as I typically go over on those days. To me it isn't just day to day but more of an overall average for about a week. Yes, MFP does over estimate the burned calories that is why I use a special band…
