I am not always able to eat all back that day but I almost always go over on the days I don't exercise. It all seems to average out.

If I eat enough negative calories and don't eat back all my exercise calories (or is it eat them all back, I can't seem to keep track) will I still lose my boobies?

Hi, I'm Amber, I'm 34 and I've been married for almost 12 years. I have not officially been diagnosed with PCOS but my doctor told me she believes I have it but wanted me to see a specialist. She was hesitant to issue the diagnosis herself. I have one son that we were able to conceive after only 8 months of trying. He is…
Actually this thread has been AMAZING!!! So far I have had several people message me and a few people that are currently new to recovery that were slobbering over this post at the thought of having some alcohol. My comments snapped them back to reality. So thanks for this.
Not saying you aren't helping…

it'll teach her to ask questions. sheesh!

First, I'll say I haven't read everyone's responses so I apologize if I'm repeating. Honestly, who cares what other people list as their activities unless they are asking you for advice. Them logging getting out of bed or washing dishes doesn't affect (or is it effect) you. It is only them that will have results or not by…
