I think it is closer to 107 for one slice, if I remember correctly. This recipe makes 2 loaves with 14 slices in each loaf. I guess your numbers will depend on how many servings you divided it into.

Have you ever gotten your Jimmy John's sandwich as an Unwich? Instead of bread they make it a lettuce wrap. I think it is pretty good, and cuts the calories tremendously. When I get it that way though, I get no lettuce because the lettuce from the wrap is enough.

I used a packet of Splenda and it worked great! I really liked it. I also only put it in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.

I think the calories are too low. 1 - 4oz pork chop alone is about 130 calories.

Usually the box of pasta is 2 oz. for dry pasta, which usually equal 1 cup cooked.

I agree. I didn't like the Yoplait Greek Yogurt either. I did however try the Dannon Greek Yogurt, and it is very comparable to Fage. It is a little cheaper, maybe 30 cents, but still cheaper nonetheless.

I love sweet potatoes. I just don't have any on hand right now. The potatoes I do have a huge; about 12 ounces on my scale. I don't think I will eat it. Oh well.

Just did another day of the EA Active. I am doing the 30 day challenge and am a little more than half way done. Today it had me doing holding squats. That was HARD! I could barely hold for 10 secs. at a time, and it wants you to hold for a minute. I hope I can build up my endurance with time.

The directions on my box of Betty Crocker mashed potatoes says to add milk and butter. I don't see alternative directions for just adding only the water.

80 calories is before they are prepared. Once you add the milk and butter it comes to around 140 calories.

I am half way through the 30 day challenge of the EA Sports Active. I have a question. When it says it is a Balance Board Day, I turn my board on, but then it doesn't use it in any of the exercises. I has worked a couple of times, but not always. Is there a certain point where I need to make sure I turn the board on?

I ended up getting a really cute dress at Kohl's. I ended up getting a Petite Medium, but am now wondering if the Petite Small would have fit. I may go back and try on the small just to see. I weigh myself every day, but the one I count is Monday. I only check in on Mondays and only if I see a loss. I do Mondays because then it keeps me in check for the weekend.

Made this again tonight, this time for the whole family. Everyone loved it. I only used cauliflower and broccoli because those are the only vegetables my husband and son will eat. It was still delicious. I will be making this again.

Fried Matzah is always good. I know we see the work "fried" and freak out, but it's not that bad. I soak one piece matzah in water, until it is kind of mushy. What about using Laughing Cow Cheese? They are 35 calories a wedge for the light variety and taste good. They have plain, french onion, and garlic and herb flavors. I also use this cheese instead of mayo and use it to make mashed cauliflower.

So, did day 2 of the EA Sports Active 30 day challenge. I like the exercises and I'm feeling it in my arms and legs. I just feel there is a lot of down time between each exercise at the beginning because you have to learn the right technique. I hope this decreases as I continue.
