Sounds good! Like the idea of portion control. There is a recipe on here to do it with meatloaf in the muffin tins, but I never thought about doing it with pasta.

When you do exercise to you eat back those calories? If you don't eat those calories than you aren't eating enough and going into starvation mode. If you are eating those calories, than I'm not sure.

I've made these. Very good! Also a good way to get in some veggies (and the kids won't even know) or is pumpkin a fruit since it has seeds...anyway, you get the idea.

I take the yolk out of hard boiled eggs and put a little hummus in them. It's a great snack.

I bought the Classico Signature Recipe Light Alfredo Sauce this week. There are 60 calories in a 1/4 of a cup. My family really liked it. I made it using regular fettuccine. I don't care for the whole wheat stuff.

I have had asthma all my life from allergies and exercise. I take 2 puffs right before I exercise and I then breathe fine during my workout.

We buy the Low Fat Bubba Burgers for when we can grill. They are only about 220 calories. They are in the freezer section of the grocery store.

You can also track sodium and see if you eating too much. It retains water, therefore more weight.

Have you ever tried PB2? It is powdered peanut butter that you mix with water and very comparable to regular peanut butter taste. The only problem is that I can only find it online at bellplantation.com and it is a little expensive for me because you have to buy in bulk. They sell them for $15.96 + shipping and handling…

It could be from the wind too. I get that way when it is a little chilly or windy out. If I put a headband (the winter kind) around my ears it helps a lot. It seems the headache is stemming from the wind blowing through my ears even with headphones in.
