    PB2 is powdered peanut butter. You mix it with water. 2 Tbsp is only 45 calories. It is really good. I have only been able to find it online at bellplantation.com.

    They have recipes on there too.

    Random comment here: last night I was craving peanut butter cups, so instead I took a 60 calorie chocolate jello pudding and added 2 tsps of the PB2 and had my fix. It was great!
