Okay, did my first day of the 30 day challenge on the EA Sports Active. I loved it. My plan is to do that every morning before work and then come home from work to do the treadmill. We will see how it goes.

Thanks Cathy! I will let you know how it goes. I bought it yesterday with some birthday money I received.

I just got EA Active last night. I am going to start today. Does anyone use the balance board with their EA Active? I was wondering, don't you have to take your shoes off to use the balance board? Do you do the whole EA Active without shoes or do you take them off before the balance board stuff? Thanks for any details.…

I hope someone can answer this because I was wondering the same thing. Mine keeps jumping to higher heart rates when I know for a fact it shouldn't have been that high.

I have asthma too. I take 2 puffs of my inhaler before I workout and then I have a great workout and don't need it the rest of the time.

I really like Fage 0% Greek yogurt. I also found the Yoplait Greek yogurt at Meijer. It was okay, not as thick as Fage. I also found Dannon Greek Yogurt. I really liked that one, and it was very similar to Fage or Chobani.

My mom takes apple cider vinegar pills for her arthritis. She gets them at a health food store, no prescription. She used to take a spoonful, but had trouble with the taste.

I'm in Schaumburg area!

Welcome! I live in Schaumburg, and lived a long time in Palatine, so we live pretty close to each other. Anyway, you've made a great step in the weight loss process by joining this site. Good luck!

Made this for dinner tonight. It was delicious. I had to put the will power into affect to not go for a second helping. This will be my lunch for tomorrow. Thanks for posting the recipe.

Glad you liked it. I wonder if crushed red pepper would be good. I like things spicy.
-
It might. Have you tried any kind of chicken stew...I suppose it would take like that.

Thanks for all the replies. I usually buy 93/7...but went to this other store that didn't specify. I ended up buying the ground sirlion in hopes that it was the right one...glad I picked it.

What about Febreeze?

I've made these twice now, and both times I was able to make 8 (4 servings) instead of 6 (3 servings) that the recipe says. With more servings it came out to 142 calories. I used the exact measurements of the ingredients and even left out the water chestnuts and still had more filling to make 2 more egg rolls than it said.

The one I have been using is Taste of Home Guilt-Free Cooking. I love it!

I actually made these this week. They were pretty good. I did buy sweet and sour sauce to go with them, but didn't care for the brand I bought (Kikkoman), any other suggestions?

Want to make these at lunch today? Any suggestions?

I use 1/2 tbsp of miracle (which is not a lot), and 2 tsp of Dijonaisse (only 5 calories per tsp.) That is enough for either 2 eggs or 1 egg with 2 egg whites.

Bump just means that someone is "bumping" this thread to the top of the list. This way it doesn't get lost in all the other topics. It also will put it in their topics so they can find it later.

Something like this kind of happened to me, but in a different way. I am a teacher, and one of the students asked me if I had my baby. I was confused because my son in now 4 years old. I didn't know what he was talking about. Then he said, you're skinnier now. I figured out that before I lost my weight, he thought I was…

The Ziploc ones work the same as the Glad ones. The egg directions aren't on the actual bag, but there is an insert that comes with the bags that has some recipes on it, one being a Western omelet.
-
It's interesting that she says ANY Ziploc brand bags, because they sell those steamer bags and those are supposed to be made for the microwave. There are even directions on the bag for making eggs.

They advertise 6" subs on their commercials as low calorie, and that is with no cheese or condiments.

I was going to make this for lunch tomorrow. If you make it a day ahead of time do the apples get brown? Should I wait and make it tomorrow?

The 150 calorie ones are not the healthy ones, they are the Medium size (soft taco size) ones. The ones that are 220 are bigger.
-
I buy the Fage 0% plain, which has 90 calories and no fat. I add 1 tbsp of my own honey to it. It totals 120 calories. The ones that are Fage Total have around 250 calories with the honey.

I have been doing this for the last year. I have a really hard time with the strength training part of exercising. I just get bored with it. Anyway, so my exercise routine is mainly cardio. I go between the elliptical and treadmill (running), and have lost about 65 pounds. Although I did lose all that weight without…

I just put some extra honey on top...that's it.

Thanks...I'll try that tomorrow
