I was wondering the same thing. What DVDs do you have?

Just so everyone is aware, the calorie information is for ONE slice (107 calories), not two...the book was wrong.

I started here in January, and my husband wasn't so supportive because I have tried to lose weight in the past and have never kept it off. As time went on, I kept on going and kept on losing. My husband started to see that I was serious about this and then he became more supportive. As of May, he has gotten on the weight…

How about Ribbon Pumpkin Bread? It's so good. This last time I added 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips to it, and it was even better. Here is the link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/68473-ribbon-pumpkin-bread?hl=ribbon+pumpkin+bread&page=1#posts-881542

I've been craving GOOD pizza lately. I haven't had any since February, and I live in Chicago. I keep thinking about ordering it, but never get around to it. I want to do it on a Monday since that is my weigh in day, so I have the rest of the week to make sure it's burned off.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I will try it. It is an Au Gratin Potoato recipe. If it comes out good, I will post it. I am making a sampling of it probably tomorrow, and if it is good for a party on Saturday. I'll let you guys know how it is.

I've made this one before. It's really good. You can use any flavor jello. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/10892-low-fat-lemon-souffle-cheesecake?hl=lemon+cheesecake#posts-79144

I make these too, but instead of the sour cream, butter, and half and half I use reduced fat cream cheese.

Greek yogurt is a lot thicker than regular yogurt...kind of like sour cream. It has a lot more protein than regular yogurt as well. You can actually use it in recipes that call for sour cream. I really like the Fage Total 0% brand and then I add a tablespoon of honey.

No problem! I have the cookbook, so if you need any other, just let me know.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? And you will never get tired of hearing people say how good you look. Keep up the great work!

I am 5' 1". I am hoping to get to 125, but not sure if I can at this point.

Thanks! People are always telling me how great I look, and I have to admit I don't get tired of hearing it. Most of the people that haven't seen me in awhile have seen pictures, so they weren't surprised. I am going to a baby shower in a few weeks where those friends haven't seen me or pictures, so I am really excited to…

Thanks everyone. You don't realize the extent of the difference until you put before and after pictures next to each other.

I think anything under 5 calories can be labeled as 0 calories. So, if you use more than 5 sprays, then yes it is calories. How many, I have NO idea.

It just means that people are either bumping the topic up to the top of the list so it is easier to find or they are putting bump so that it goes into their My Topics to find later. Hope that helps.

The wedges of Laughing Cow cheese works well too. I've gotten into the habit of using 1/2 Tbsp of Miracle Whip and 2 tsp of Dijonaisse (and I hate mustard), and it comes out very good. Dijonaisse only has 5 calories for 1 tsp, so less calories than mayo. I know you don't like mayo or mustard, but thought I'd let you know…

I ran on the treadmill for 35 minutes....about 3 miles (give or take), and then I did a Cardio Core DVD at home.

I am a teacher. I taught 4th grade in Las Vegas for 5 years, but for the last 3 years I have been teaching computer applications in grades K-5, in a Chicago suburb.

I'm with you. I made them last week, and I didn't think they had much flavor.
