So, the people at my work were ordering Jimmy John's and so I went online to check out their nutritional information. They have a really good one. You can choose any sandwich and it will tell how many calories, fat, etc. You can even add ingredients or take some off and it changes the nutritional facts. Anyway, I like the…

I was very disappointed that Joelle didn't go home. I agree, she doesn't deserve to be there. Does anyone know why Danny wasn't in the temptation challenge? I was curious to see how many calories his partner ate, since he has been eating everything in site back home anyway.

I'm a teacher too. I find that during my plan times that I grab a quick snack. Some of the snacks that I have are yogurt, graham crackers, Fiber One granola bars, or a bag of the 94% fat free popcorn. My problem at school is that there are always goodies in the lounge. I have tried to stay away from the lounge, but it is…

I just did the Wii Fit for 45 minutes. I don't have a heart rate monitor, so how do I log the calories burned. I did mostly the balance games and then 10 minutes of the advanced step-aerobics. I was definitely sweating by the end. Any suggestions how to log it in my daily exercise? Thanks.

I went to Panera with a friend today, and saw this Strawberry Granola Parfait and thought it would be a healthy snack option. So I bought it at almost $4. When I got back to work to log it into my food diary I found out it is 310 calories and 41 g of carbs. I was very disappointed at how many calories this is. I like for…

Those steamer bags that Ziplock makes are amazing. You can cook fresh or frozen vegetables in it, in the microwave. You can make a baking potato in it too, but then it is really a steamed potato. It still takes great, especially with some salsa on it. There are even directions on the bag for chicken, and fish, but I am a…

I made this yesterday with strawberry jello, and it was delicious. Also, instead of making in a spring form pan, I used the 1/2 cup individual containers made by Glad. I put the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom then poured the mixture into each container, and topped with the rest of the crumbs. This way it is already…
