  • I take about a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar and ten drops of liquid stevia in a full glass of water after I run in the morning. Don't know if it's done any good, but it is a nice thirst quencher!
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze. 40 calories for a whole CUP.
  • The chocolate ones are best! Pair one with a scoop of mint chocolate chip low-fat frozen yogurt, and you have a 240 calorie sundae! I used to order them online, but even with promo codes they seem to be cheaper in grocery stores (I can usually stock up on them when they're $4 a box on sale).
  • Plus it has gelatin in it, and none of the other Greek yogurts do (this is only relevant to vegetarians, but still - why does Yoplait have to put gelatin in everything?!)
  • I had to shovel for two hours. My hubby was out there for 3. Ugh.
