Hi all! I didn't weigh-in last week because it was my TOM and so I was so pleased today to see I lost the 3 lbs I gained when my friend was visiting plus one more, 4 lbs yeah me. :bigsmile: I even got to move my ticker by one pound as I refused to move it when I had my slip up :laugh: Good luck everyone.

I will probably be taking a day off here & there...Friday night my husband & I are staying overnight with friends so I probably won't get to do the workout on Saturday....with workouts tomorrow & Friday that will be 6 days in a row for me then a day off. :smile:

Day 4 done & counting. :wink: I was nervous to wake up this morning as the sqauts & lunges are making me hurt :sad: It hasn't gotten bad enough that I had to take a day off yet, so that's a good thing :bigsmile: I still have to get heavier weights. :grumble:

that's funny because when I woke up this morning (after my day 2) my shins & quads were sore :angry: I did day 3 anyway today so I'll be very interested to see how my legs are tomorrow. :huh:

mxburke I have no answers for you ...sorry I did see a thread about that on here a couple of months back. There is a way to do a search on here so you should be able to find it. It was a good one too because people who had lost a significant amount of weight were talking about their experiences.

Day 2 done & counting :wink: I used water bottles today but i'm going to have to get some bigger ones as they weren't heavy enough. After I was done my workout my husband was leaving on a road trip for work & says to me: ' Oh, did you put those water bottles out for me to take in the car?' LOL

Thanks for the info about the weights. I don't have any weights per se and I don't want to buy any right now either. I used cans today too but I've been using them since January (doing other fitness dvds). They felt a bit light today except for when we had to raise them straight forward while doing the lateral squats. Oh…
