1. Don't give up :) 2. Shake things up a bit...try increasing cardio, or doing workout at a different time. Screw with your metabolism. 3. Consider lowering calorie intake a little. Also, ensure that your diet is sufficient.

Yes, I have the same problems. The blisters stopped after the first week....but I often deal with the numb toes. It could be a couple of things, from what I've read. Circulation problems, or simply tying your shoes too tight. I take breaks during my walk to stretch good, and of course stretch before and after. I've noticed…

This week has been bad for my cravings. What works for me is keeping stuff on hand that is the low fat/low calorie version of what I like. Light Pringles, Weight Watchers candies, Snackwells bar...they all taste good. Just better for you. Fruits and string cheese are good too. And sugarless gum. :)

Thanks Donna! Good luck to you too! :)

thanks! yea, that was a wake up call. :)

Hi :) For me, it's a balance...I keep my calories under the suggested amount, eat better (no fast food), and exercise at least 30-45 minutes per day. I don't indulge like I used to...I find ways to quench my sweet tooth without sacrificing my calories. Message me later if you want to know more! :)
